Q. Where are orders shipped from?
A. Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses and manufacturing units located in Maharashtra. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as different facilities specialize in different products.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A. Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable locations in India.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are usually delivered within 3–8 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, location, and demand.
Q. When will I receive my tracking details?
A. Tracking information is generally shared within 1–2 business days after your order is shipped.
Q. Do you offer returns or refunds if there is an issue with the product?

Q. Can I place an order from outside India?
A. Yes, international orders are accepted. Shipping availability and timelines may vary by country.
Q. Is shipping free?
A. Free shipping is available on selected products within India. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

A. Our office is located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, and we operate with partner warehouses in Maharashtra and Delhi.
Q. In which currency will I be charged?
A. All orders are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). If prices are displayed in other currencies, the final checkout amount will be charged in INR at the current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive an order confirmation after placing an order?
A. Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation number via call, email or SMS. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.
