NEUPIK – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At NEUPIK, we value trust and transparency. We offer a hassle-free 7-day return or replacement policy on eligible products.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery (date of delivery included). This means you must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, replacement, or refund.
Please refer to the product description or product details page to check whether an item is eligible for return or replacement.
Products eligible for replacement are not eligible for return or refund.
7-Day Policy
To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must provide all required photos or videos of the product within 7 days of delivery.
Example:
If your product is delivered on 01/01/2025, the last date to raise a request is 07/01/2025 (till 11:59 PM).
All submitted images/videos will be reviewed by NEUPIK’s technical team. Approval or rejection of the request will be decided after verification.
Requests submitted after 7 days, or with incomplete/unclear visual proof, will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
To be eligible, the product must be:

Replacement Policy
We are happy to offer a replacement if:

You received a damaged or defective product

The order was lost in transit due to courier error (prepaid orders only)

You received an incorrect product
Once your replacement request is approved:

A reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days

After the product reaches NEUPIK, it will be inspected

If the claim is valid, a replacement will be shipped immediately

If discrepancies are found, a partial refund may be issued with valid proof shared
Important Notes

Replacement requests are approved only for manufacturing defects or physical damage

Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or defective product claims

Replacements are issued only for the same product originally ordered

To be eligible for a return:

We offer reverse pickup for most serviceable pin codes in India.
For non-serviceable locations, customers must self-ship the product to NEUPIK’s office.
Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted if:

Product was delivered in good condition and later damaged due to misuse

Customer no longer wants the product or finds it unsuitable

Product stopped working after usage

Product parts are missing due to customer error

Return request is raised after 7 days

Product was already sent as a replacement

Delivery failed due to incorrect or incomplete address

Product is marked as non-returnable

Electronic Products Policy
All electronic products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
They are eligible only for replacement, subject to verification.
This includes products such as:

Customers are advised to ensure their purchase decision before placing an order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

You will be notified about refund approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:

UPI or Net Banking (details will be requested)
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
Invalid Reasons for Cancellation / Return / Refund
Requests based on:

will not be accepted.
Placing an order confirms a binding purchase agreement. Customers should ensure they are confident about the product and pricing before ordering.
Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued after return approval

If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser
